Welcome to the Library

The borrowing of books, videos and DVD's for RAC-BC members is free although a deposit is required, which will be refunded upon return of the item(s).  Books/videos or DVD's can be shipped from any region to any location provided that the cost of postage (return) and packaging is paid by the borrower. Books within the region will also be available for viewing at chapter and/or local meetings.

We are continually adding beneficial information and research material, so visit often to see the latest.
